As 2025 comes to a close, we want to thank you for being part of a year filled with collaboration, learning, and impact. Together, we’ve made waves in the water sector! Today we published our seasonal greatings including some reflections on 2025:

Our 2025 Highlights

• H2O People Foundation Launch: A new chapter for mission-driven water innovation.

• We traveled for training weeks, conferences, and community meetings across Wales, Romania, Belgium, Spain, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Italy, Poland, and Czech Republic. A huge thanks for all the hospitality!

• iMERMAID Project Milestones

  • Summer School in Banja Luka

  • Training weeks in Wales, Novi Sad & Florence

  • Launch of the Schooling Workbook

• New Initiatives: Kick-off of SKILLS4EII Project to advance skills for energy-intensive industries.

• Bittersweet Farewell: Proud of the results but sad to close SKILLS4Water (after trainings in Galati & Cadiz) and the WATERLINE Project.

• European Water Community Engagement: Leading the Expert Group Skills & Human Resources at Water Europe, Joined Water Knowledge Europe in Warsaw and Brussels and the Water Resilience Forum this month.

For now we will spend time reflecting on our adventures of 2025, create lessons learned and we will come back to you at the start of the new year to share our ideas and opportunities for 2026!
