Water Europe Publishes White Paper on Value of Human Capital in Our Water Future

Reinvigorating human capital is indispensable to building a Water-Smart Society and contributing to achieving the EU Green Deal goals. There is room for a lot of improvements to strengthen the link between the workforce and European priorities using the available tools in the water sector.
