Monday, we were proud to represent H2O People, European Junior Water Programme, and the iMERMAID EU Schooling Programme at the first Water Resilience Forum, hosted by the European Commission, the Europees Comité van de Regio’s, and the European Economic and Social Committee.

A special highlight for us? Introducing Commissioner Jessika Roswall to our youth empowerment activities – because resilience starts with people!

Connecting with (long term and new) friends, colleagues to work together and create momentum. Special thank you to Veronica Manfredi, one of our first EJWP Ambassadors to support the inclusion and empowerment of youth and young professionals on a European level.

Our key message:
✅ Technical and political will need systemic support – people and organizations must be willing to change how we:
1️⃣ Learn, collaborate, and work together
2️⃣ Lead and empower – leadership is as essential as funding and policy
3️⃣ Include everyone in the change – and make it fun, impactful, and positive!

Thank you to all partners and speakers for creating a space for action and inspiration. Let’s keep building on a water-smart and water-resilient Europe!
