“It was a great experience to attend SMARTEN/EJWP training week.” Goitom Kahsay, consortium partner SMARTEN, NMBU reflecting on this training week.

SMARTEN first training created a great synergy with the EJWP2 training week in Nis, Serbia. Participants from SMARTEN consortium (NMBU, H2OPeople, University of Thessaly and University of Nis) joined this week to explore the potentials of SMARTEN workshops and augmented collaboration tools for playing serious games on water in higher education and life long learning programmes like EJWP.

Integration of EJWP2 programme with the SMARTEN workshop, multiplier event and special trainings on InterVision (Peer-Coaching), Deep Democracy and Culture Mapping by H2O-People, Naomi Timmer created a rich and inspiring week as Life Long Learning programme. The workshop “Risks arising from digitalisation in the water sector, managing risks”. In this workshop, Groupmap was used as a digital collaborative platform where participants brainstormed many aspects related to this issue then vote to prioritize the related risks and finally suggested the necessary actions to decrease these risks.
