H2O People brings a unique and valuable contributions to international and European project collaborations through its focus on human capital and social impact, by:

• Empowering Professionals: Our capacity building programs, such as the European Junior Water Programme (EJWP) and the Blue Innovation Track, equip project communities and their stakeholders with essential skills and networks to create innovative and sustainable solutions and drive positive change. Integration of project goals with capacity building programs including the project based learnings became highly impactful.  
• Social Impact Initiatives: We employ flexible frameworks and interactive tools, like the Community Engagement Toolkit and Societal Impact Assessment framework, to ensure our projects lead to sustainable and inclusive outcomes. These tools help engage communities and stakeholders effectively, forstering collaboration, multidisciplinarity and co-creation.
• Tailored Strategies: We design tailor-made strategies for participation and funding within EU and other collaboration projects.
